Younit was foundedby Gianluca Schiavi and Ferdinando Meo in early 2020. During their experience as entrepreneurs and in senior positions across numerous multinational companies, such as Bain, Groupon and Alkemy, Gianluca and Ferdinando have seen how digital transformation and social environment are challenging the status quo of traditional business model and increasing trend for hybrid working model around the world. Therefore they decided to join forces to support companies in a transition phase and created Younit. The success was immediate thanks to our customer-centric approach and extremely simple model that aim to revolutionise a complex and outdated process industry.
